Where they stand in 2026
NEO has the clearer consumer route: 1X has published Early Access pricing and says US deliveries begin in 2026. Figure has a large internal production fleet and strong autonomous household demonstrations, while consumer ordering has yet to open.
Figure’s dishwasher and living-room demonstrations currently provide the richer public evidence for long-horizon autonomous household work. NEO’s differentiator is the route into early customers, backed by Expert Mode when unfamiliar chores need human guidance.
